We may process your personal data for certain additional purposes with your consent, For example, we will only share your data with third party companies for marketing purposes, where we have obtained your consent to do so. In these limited circumstances where your consent is required for the processing of your personal data then you have the right to withdraw your consent to processing for such specific purposes. Please note that we may process your personal data for more than one lawful basis depending on the specific purpose for which we are using your data

The types of personal data that may be shared with Tyler Hampshire Ltd for joint marketing and profiling purposes may include demographic information, tax profile, preferences, and other relevant details. Tyler Hampshire Ltd will not share your details with these third-party companies.

TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)

We may transfer and store the personal data we collect about you to countries outside of the EEA in order to perform our contract with you.

There is an adequacy decision by the European Commission in relation to these countries therefore it will be deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for your personal information for the purpose of the Data Protection Legislation.
